These are the rules for using SERUST and buying coins. We wrote them in plain words. By playing or buying, you agree to them.

The short version

SERUST is free to play. Coins can be earned by playing, or bought in packs.
Coins are virtual. They have no cash value and can’t be swapped back for money.
Under 18? A parent or guardian must say yes before you buy anything.
All sales of coins and items are final (no refunds), except payment mistakes. See the Refund policy.

Who we are

SERUST is a games website run from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. To reach us, use the Contact us page.

Keep your password and PIN secret. Never share them, not even with friends.
One person per account. Be kind to other players. Cheating, bullying or trying to break the site can get an account paused.

Coins are a virtual item you use only inside SERUST games, for things like avatar items and shop items.
Coins have no cash value. They can’t be cashed out, sold, or turned back into money.
Coins can’t be moved to another account or sold to anyone outside SERUST. Trading items with friends inside SERUST follows the in-game trade rules.
We may change what coins can buy, and prices in the shop, to keep games fair.

Only signed-in accounts can buy. Prices are shown in AED (UAE dirham), and you always pay in AED. USD prices are only a guide.
Card payments are handled on a secure payment page by our payment company. SERUST never sees or stores card numbers.
Coins are added after the payment is confirmed. If something goes wrong, no coins and no charge, or contact us and we’ll fix it.
Every account has a monthly spending limit (AED 1,000 unless a parent lowers it). Changing it needs the account password or PIN.

Players under 18 must ask a parent or guardian before buying. Parents or guardians are responsible for purchases made by players under 18.
Every checkout asks for a parent’s OK and the account password or PIN.
If a card was used without the cardholder’s permission, a parent can contact us and we’ll look at it. See the Refund policy.

We may update these rules. The date at the top shows the latest version. Big changes will be shown on the site.
