Refund policy

Please read this before you buy. All sales are final.
The short version- No refunds on coin packs or items once bought, whether the coins are used or not.
- Items bought with coins can't be swapped back for coins.
- The only exceptions are payment mistakes and purchases a parent didn't allow (below), and anything UAE law requires.
- Ask through the Contact us page (topic “Account”), from inside your account.
No refunds
When you buy a coin pack, the coins are added to your account straight away, so the sale is final. Changing your mind, not liking an item, or not using your coins are not reasons for a refund. Coins spent on items can't be returned to your balance.
Payment mistakes (we always fix these)
- Charged twice? We refund the extra payment.
- Charged but no coins arrived? Tell us the date and the pack, and we'll add the coins or refund you.
- A payment that didn't go through takes no money and adds no coins.
A child paid without a parent's OK
Every checkout asks for a parent's OK and the account password or PIN. If a card was still used without the cardholder's permission, the parent can contact us and we'll look at it. Accounts used this way may be limited.
Your legal rights
Nothing here takes away any right you have under UAE consumer law.
How long it takes
When a refund is approved for one of the reasons above, the money usually reaches the card within 5–10 working days, depending on the bank.
Coins have no cash value and can never be cashed out.

- جميع المبيعات نهائية. لا يمكن استرداد ثمن باقات العملات أو العناصر بعد الشراء، سواء استُخدمت العملات أم لا.
- العناصر المشتراة بالعملات لا يمكن إرجاعها مقابل عملات.
- نصلح دائمًا أخطاء الدفع: خُصم المبلغ مرتين، أو دُفع المبلغ ولم تصل العملات.
- إذا استخدم طفل البطاقة دون إذن ولي الأمر، يمكن لولي الأمر التواصل معنا لمراجعة الحالة.
- لا يلغي ذلك أي حق لك بموجب قانون حماية المستهلك في الإمارات. العملات ليس لها قيمة نقدية ولا يمكن صرفها.
