SERUST is a games website for kids and teens. We keep as little information about players as possible. This page explains, in plain words, what we keep and why.
The short version- No real names, phone numbers, home addresses, photos or exact locations.
- Your username is the only thing other players can see.
- No ads and no selling of anything about you.
- Coins can be earned by playing or bought in packs. SERUST never sees or stores card numbers.
What we keep for each account
- Username (you pick it; it can’t look like a real name, phone number or email).
- PIN: stored only as a scrambled one-way code (a salted hash). Nobody at SERUST can read it.
- Recovery code: also stored only as a one-way code.
- Game data: coins, items, levels, badges, game progress, friends list (by friend code), trades.
- Sign-in safety: the type of device (for example “Android · Chrome”) and when you signed in, so you can see your devices in Account → Security and approve new ones.
- Network check: to stop bots and spam we keep a scrambled version of your network address for a short time (it changes every day). We never store the real address.
- Approximate area: We record an approximate country/region/city from your network to understand where players are; we never store your exact location or IP address. Only the SERUST team can see it, never other players.
Guests
Guests in Arena only pick a nickname. Nothing about a guest is saved on our side; guest progress stays on that device.
Email (optional, not switched on yet)
Later, players will be able to add an email so they can get codes for a new device or get back into their account. Before that is switched on:
- We ask “Are you 13 or older?”. Under 13, it must be a parent’s email, and the parent gets the code.
- The email only counts once the 6-digit code sent to it is typed back.
- It is stored locked (encrypted) and is never shown to anyone. You can delete it any time in Account → Security.
Chat and voice (coming soon)
When chat arrives, text chat will go through a safety filter that blocks phone numbers, links, emails, social handles and personal questions. Voice will be only for friends in your squad, off by default, need a parent’s OK for players under 13, and never recorded.
Buying coins
When someone buys a coin pack, the card is typed on the secure payment page of our payment company (Ziina, licensed in the UAE). SERUST never sees or stores the card number. We keep only: which pack, the price in AED, the date, the payment status and the payment reference, so we can show purchase history and help with refunds. Each account’s monthly spending limit and auto top-up settings are stored too. See the Terms and Refund policy.
Support messages
When you use Contact us, we keep your message and screenshots so we can answer you in your inbox. A copy goes to the SERUST team’s email.
Who can see your information
Only the SERUST team, and only to keep the site working and safe (for example to stop cheating or answer a support message). Our website runs on Cloudflare, which stores the data for us. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without tracking you across other sites.
Deleting your account
Send a message through Contact us (topic “Account”) from inside your account and we will delete it, with all its game data.
Parents
If you are a parent and have a question, or want your child’s account removed, use Contact us. We will answer as soon as we can.
